Filter Freewell Brandon Li Glow Mist 1/4 (FW-BL95-G1/4)

Freewell Brandon Li Glow Mist 1/4 Filter

The Freewell Brandon Li Glow Mist 1/4 is a Black Mist filter designed for the Brandon Li x Freewell VND/CPL Cine and Cine Pro systems, compatible with 86 mm and 95 mm sets. The filter provides a subtle diffusion effect on bright areas of the image, giving videos and photos a soft, cinematic look. The 1/4 density creates a characteristic glow around bright elements in the frame and enhances shots with a more cinematic aesthetic.

Soft glow in bright areas of the image

The Glow Mist 1/4 creates a "cinematic highlight bloom" effect—a gentle glow that appears around bright areas and light sources. This gives the image a softer, cinematic look that can enhance the mood of the scene being photographed or filmed. The filter can be used for both video and still photography.

Magnetic Mount and Lock

The filter is equipped with a magnetic mounting system that allows for convenient attachment to a compatible VND/CPL set. Once the filter is positioned correctly, you can rotate it to lock the mount in place. This design prevents unwanted movement of the filter during use and ensures a stable connection with the rest of the system.

Part of the Brandon Li x Freewell System

The Freewell Glow Mist 1/4 is designed to work with the Brandon Li x Freewell VND/CPL Cine and Cine Pro filters and is not a standard, universal filter that screws directly onto any lens. This version is intended for compatible 86 mm and 95 mm sets. The filter has a diameter of 109.5 mm, a thickness of 3.8 mm, and weighs 46 g.
