AMZCHEF CE-EM3131-WT Piston Coffee Maker (white)

The AMZCHEF CE-EM3131-WT piston coffee maker is a compact 1350 W device with 20 bar pressure, equipped with a rapid heating system, precise PID temperature control, a steam wand, and a hot water function. It offers a choice of one or two coffees and the ability to customize the extraction time, allowing you to tailor the taste of your drink to your preferences. It features a removable 1.5 L water tank, cup warming, automatic shut-off after 30 minutes, and a very slim design (approx. 12 cm wide), making it easy to fit even on a small countertop.

Stable 20-bar pressure – better extraction

The use of a 20-bar pressure pump effectively extracts the aroma and flavor from the coffee. As a result, the brew has a more distinct character and a visible crema, which indicates proper extraction. Consistent operating parameters ensure that every cup tastes the same, which is important for daily use. In practice, this means greater control over the final result without having to change the settings.

Fast heating and PID temperature control

The 1350 W power reduces the wait time for coffee preparation, which is especially important in the morning or during the day. The PID system maintains a stable temperature during brewing, which directly affects the quality of the beverage. This ensures the coffee is neither overheated nor underbrewed, which could compromise its flavor. Consistent operating conditions result in a repeatable outcome with every use.

Steam wand and hot water function

The steam wand allows you to froth milk, enabling you to prepare cappuccino, latte, or other milk-based coffees. The steam provides control over the foam’s texture, allowing you to achieve the right consistency. The hot water function is ideal for making an Americano or tea. This means a single machine serves several daily purposes.

Coffee customization and intuitive operation

The machine not only lets you choose a single or double shot of coffee but also adjust the extraction time. This feature allows you to customize the strength and volume of your drink to your preferences. The control panel is simple and easy to read, and the backlit buttons indicate the machine’s operating status. This makes operation quick and requires no prior experience with piston-style coffee makers.

Very slim design – real space savings

The machine is approximately 12 cm wide, which sets it apart from standard piston coffee makers. This allows you to place it even in narrow spaces between other kitchen appliances. This solution is particularly useful in small kitchens or kitchenettes, where every centimeter of countertop space counts. The compact design does not compromise the machine’s functionality.

Practical features and accessories

The machine features a cup warmer that helps maintain the right temperature of your drink from the very first sip. The automatic shut-off function after 30 minutes enhances safety and reduces energy consumption. The set includes filters for single and double espresso, allowing you to use the machine right away without purchasing additional accessories. The 1.5-liter water tank can be quickly removed, making it easy to fill and keep clean. Removable parts, such as the drip tray, allow for convenient cleaning of the entire machine. These features enhance convenience and ensure the machine is ready to use right out of the box.
