REDTIGER VC70 Wi-Fi 4K + 2.5K 128GB Dash Cam

Are you looking for a dashcam that provides reliable evidence both day and night? The REDTIGER VC70 will give you peace of mind. The device simultaneously records 4K video from the front and 2.5K video from the rear, utilizing a Sony STARVIS 2 IMX678 8 MP sensor on the front and an OS04J10 sensor on the rear. Thanks to Dual HDR technology, dual night mode, a GPS module, Wi-Fi 6 5.8 GHz, and a 3-inch touchscreen, you can count on detailed recordings during your daily commutes, long trips, and when parked. The set also includes a 128 GB memory card.

Evidence in case of collisions and unforeseen events

One of the biggest concerns for drivers after a fender bender or collision is the lack of clear evidence. The REDTIGER VC70 solves this problem with dual-channel recording in 4K from the front camera and 2.5K from the rear. The 16:9 aspect ratio ensures that the recording matches what you actually see on the road. The high image detail helps you read license plates and record the sequence of events from both sides of the vehicle, which can be crucial when filing a claim with your insurer or resolving disputes.

Larger sensor, more detail after dark

Night driving often involves bright headlights from other vehicles, poorly lit roads, rain, and challenging conditions for recording video. The front camera uses a large Sony STARVIS 2 IMX678 sensor with a diagonal of 1/1.8", while the rear camera uses an OmniVision OS04J10 sensor with a diagonal of 1/1.88". These solutions increase the light-sensitive area by up to 110%, improve light sensitivity by 68%, provide a 2.5-fold wider dynamic range, and achieve an SNR of 42 dB. The result is clearer footage with less noise and better detail visibility.

STARVIS 2 and Noctura™ – visibility when other cameras fail

Many dashcams lose detail after dark, making it difficult to recognize vehicles or license plates. The Sony STARVIS 2 IMX678 sensor used on the front reduces motion blur and noise, providing a more natural and detailed night image. The rear camera uses Noctura™ technology, which improves visibility behind the car even through tinted windows. 2.9 μm pixels capture more light, and Nyxel® BSI technology helps maintain the clarity of details and license plates after dark. This gives you greater confidence that key information will be recorded, whether you’re driving or parked.

Dual HDR – clear images in tunnels, on sunny days, and at night

Sudden transitions from bright surroundings to a dark tunnel or driving into direct sunlight can make it difficult to capture details. Dual HDR technology balances bright and dark areas of the frame, helping to preserve details in both highlights and shadows. This allows the camera to effectively handle high-contrast scenes, ensuring clearer recordings regardless of road conditions.

Voice Control and 3" Touchscreen

When driving, staying focused on the road is essential. The REDTIGER VC70 allows you to control selected functions using voice commands, such as turning on Wi-Fi, activating audio, or protecting recordings from being overwritten. Additionally, the 3-inch touchscreen allows for quick viewing of footage, changing settings, and convenient operation of the device without complicated menus.

Easy installation and practical design

The device is designed for quick and convenient installation. The rotating lens allows you to precisely set the desired recording angle, and the detachable mount makes it easy to remove the camera or transfer it to another car. Installing the front and rear cameras is simple, and power is supplied via the included USB-C cable. The car charger is additionally equipped with an extra USB port that can be used to power other devices.

Loop recording without worrying about storage space

Drivers often worry that an important recording won’t be saved due to a lack of free memory. The REDTIGER VC70 supports memory cards with capacities up to 512 GB and uses loop recording. Once the storage is full, the oldest recordings are automatically overwritten by new ones, allowing the dashcam to operate continuously without the need to manually delete files. The package includes a 128 GB memory card.

Round-the-clock vehicle protection

Not all vehicle damage occurs while driving. That’s why the camera offers 24-hour parking monitoring. The Collision Lock feature automatically saves recordings upon detecting an impact, ensuring that important footage is not lost. The improved Time-Lapse mode preserves natural color reproduction and enhances detail visibility in low light. Parking monitoring requires the use of an additional Hardwire Kit, sold separately.

Dual Night Mode for Greater Safety

The REDTIGER VC70 offers Dual Night Vision, which provides independently optimized night modes for both cameras. The Hyper Night Clarity feature allows you to see important road details while driving at night, and the NiteGuard™ system provides up to 300% clearer details during low-light parking monitoring in time-lapse mode. This is especially important for drivers who leave their cars on the street, in residential parking lots, or in unguarded parking areas.

Quick access to recordings thanks to Wi-Fi 6

After a traffic incident, time is of the essence. Built-in Wi-Fi 6 operating on the 5.8 GHz band allows for file downloads at speeds of up to 30 MB/s in laboratory conditions without interference. Downloading a one-minute 4K recording can take about 10 seconds. With the Redtiger Cam app, you can view recordings, download them to your phone, change device settings, and conveniently share footage with family, friends, or on social media without having to remove the memory card.

Built-in GPS records route and speed

In the event of a dispute following a collision, video footage alone is not always sufficient. The built-in GPS module automatically records the route, location, speed, and timestamps. This makes the video footage even more valuable as evidence, allowing you to accurately reconstruct the course of the trip and the location of the incident.
