VIAIM Open Note AI Headphones with Voice Recorder (Black) (XFVI-A96)

VIAIM Open Note AI Headphones (Black)

Whether for business meetings, conversations with international partners, lectures, or everyday multimedia use—the VIAIM Open Note was designed to offer far greater capabilities than traditional wireless headphones. They combine high-quality Hi-Res audio with advanced artificial intelligence, offering recording, transcription, translation of generated notes, automatic summaries, and intelligent task management. Support for GPT-5 and other modern language models, a comfortable open-ear design, up to 53 hours of battery life with the charging case, and features designed for teamwork make Open Note a versatile tool for both professionals and people who frequently communicate in multiple languages. Rounding out the package is an ergonomic design that has won prestigious awards, along with smooth, interference-free Bluetooth connectivity. The VIAIM Open Note effectively breaks down language barriers, supporting as many as 78 languages and 145 accents.

Your Personal AI Assistant

The built-in AI assistant in the VIAIM Open Note headphones, which uses the latest language models, automatically records the meeting, creates an accurate transcript, translates the generated notes, prepares a clear summary, and generates a to-do list. The Meeting Assistant feature lets you focus on the conversation instead of taking notes, and it also allows you to create clear mind maps that help you quickly organize the most important information. Mind maps can also be shared with colleagues, making it easier to jointly analyze agreements and plan next steps. As part of the free service, you get 600 minutes of access to AI features each month, and the multilingual mode is constantly being developed and is currently available in beta.

Conversations Without Language Barriers

VIAIM Open Note allows you to share transcripts and translate generated notes. Simply generate a QR code or link so that participants can read the conversation on their devices, select their preferred translation language, and even listen to the translated content. You can start recording with a single tap, ensuring you never miss an important conversation—even in fast-paced situations.

A smart chatbot that leverages meeting history

Open Note works with state-of-the-art language models such as GPT-5, GPT-4.1, OpenAI o3, Claude 3.7, Claude Sonnet 4, and Gemini 2.5 Pro. This allows you to ask questions about saved meetings, instantly find the information you need, and analyze both recent and past conversations. This feature lets you revisit agreements, check project details, and leverage accumulated knowledge without having to manually search through notes. In the free plan, the chatbot analyzes a single meeting transcript, while paid plans allow you to analyze all recorded meetings or selected groups of conversations simultaneously and use an expanded list of language models.

Well-organized structure of every conversation

During meetings with multiple participants, VIAIM Open Note automatically identifies individual speakers and assigns each statement to the correct person. As a result, transcripts are much clearer and easier to review later, whether the recording is from a conference, an interview, a podcast, or a team meeting. The speaker recognition feature eliminates the need to manually tag statements and allows you to find interesting parts of the discussion more quickly.

Comfortable to wear for hours

The open-ear design has been refined based on an analysis of various ear shapes, ensuring that the earbuds stay securely in place and remain comfortable even during extended use. Soft silicone reduces pressure on the ears, and its breathable structure effectively wicks away heat and moisture, increasing comfort while working and traveling. The flexible, shape-memory headband, just 0.8 mm thick, features an aerospace-grade titanium wire that retains its shape even after repeated bending. The design also works well with glasses, ensuring a secure fit without any discomfort.

Hi-Res Audio and All-Day Battery Life

High-quality sound is delivered by a large 18 × 11 mm polymer driver, which provides dynamic sound with rich detail and a spacious, immersive audio experience. Hi-Res Audio certification and support for the LHDC codec at bitrates up to 1000 kb/s allow you to play high-resolution music while preserving every detail. On a single charge, the earbuds can last up to 19 hours, and with the charging case, the total battery life increases to 53 hours. When the battery runs low, just 10 minutes of charging provides enough power for another 3 hours of use.

Ready to work with any device

VIAIM Open Note supports simultaneous connection to two devices, allowing you to seamlessly switch between your computer and smartphone without having to re-pair them. You can watch content on your laptop or participate in an online meeting, and when a phone call comes in, the earbuds will automatically switch to your smartphone. When call recording mode is enabled, all AI-powered features become available, such as multilingual transcription, translation, summaries, to-do lists, and mind maps. The headphones are compatible with Android, iOS, Windows, and macOS, and data security is ensured by ISO 27001-compliant storage on AWS servers located in Japan. The manufacturer also offers a one-year quality warranty, and the VIAIM app features AI Upgrade Basic, Pro, and Ultra plans, which expand AI capabilities and provide access to additional features based on language models.
