NIIMBOT C1 Cable Marking Printer (C1-Printer)

NIIMBOT C1 Cable Marking Printer

The NIIMBOT C1 is a professional printer for marking wires and cables, designed to streamline the identification of electrical, telecommunications, and industrial installations. It uses thermal transfer printing technology with a resolution of 300 dpi, ensuring durable, clear markings that are fade-resistant. It supports heat-shrink sleeves with cross-sections ranging from 0.5 to 25 mm² and tubes with diameters from 1 to 8 mm, and with a speed of up to 38 segments per minute, it allows you to quickly complete even large projects. The built-in 2600 mAh battery, mobile app, and automatic functions make wire marking simpler and more efficient.

One device for many applications

Wide compatibility with consumables makes the NIIMBOT C1 suitable for many industries. The printer supports both marking tubes used for cable marking and heat-shrink sleeves used in electrical and telecommunications installations. The supported cross-sections range from 0.5 to 25 mm² and diameters from 1 to 8 mm, allowing you to adapt markings to various cable types and applications—without the need for multiple devices.

Durable, high-visibility printing

Thermal transfer technology ensures clear markings with a resolution of 300 dpi. The prints remain legible for a long time and do not fade, which is particularly important for installations that must maintain clear identification for many years. Thanks to the high print quality, symbols, wire numbers, and descriptions remain clearly visible even on small labels.

Simple operation without manual adjustment

The printer is equipped with a material feed system that does not require a sleeve guide. This eliminates one of the most time-consuming steps involved in preparing the device for operation. Loading the material is faster and simpler, and the user can start printing almost immediately.

Editing labels via the app

The NIIMBOT C1 works with a dedicated app that allows you to design and edit labels directly on your smartphone. The intuitive interface makes it easy for even novice users to prepare designs, and cloud storage allows you to conveniently save and reuse previously created templates. You also have access to ready-made industry-specific templates that can be quickly customized to your needs.

Smart Features

The device offers a range of automatic features that streamline daily work. Automatic numbering allows you to instantly generate consecutive serial labels, which speeds up the preparation of large numbers of cables. Automatic cleaning helps remove dust from the material before printing, automatic clamping eliminates the need to manually clamp the tube, and the tape pre-tensioning system reduces the risk of tape damage during operation. In addition, the C1 model supports automatic cutting—half-cut and full-cut—while maintaining continuous numbering.

High performance – ideal for large projects

The printer can print up to 38 labels per minute (with a single label length of 20 mm). This performance significantly reduces the time required to prepare labels for complex electrical, telecommunications, or industrial installations. Additionally, the print length can be adjusted from 10 to 100 mm, making it easy to adapt the device to a specific application.

Two power options and flexibility

The C1 model can operate both wirelessly and using a power adapter. The built-in 2600 mAh lithium-ion battery allows for printing up to 200 meters of material without an additional power source. Furthermore, the ability to print while charging increases operational reliability and enables the efficient completion of even larger projects.

Simultaneous multi-user operation

The NIIMBOT C1 supports Bluetooth connectivity and allows up to 10 phones to be connected simultaneously. This enables several employees to prepare marking designs one after another and send them to print. This solution eliminates the limitations associated with a single workstation and streamlines task completion within installation teams.
