GameSir G7 Pro DD2 Wireless Controller (G7 Pro DD2)

GameSir G7 Pro DD2 Wireless Controller

The GameSir G7 Pro DD2 is an advanced gaming controller developed in collaboration with Dragon’s Dogma 2, offering three connectivity modes and broad compatibility with Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, Android, and Steam. The model supports wired connection on Xbox consoles, 2.4 GHz wireless on PCs, and Bluetooth for Android devices. The controller is equipped with durable GameSir Mag-Res™ TMR analog sticks, analog triggers utilizing the Hall effect, and a 1000Hz polling rate on PC, which translates to faster response times and greater control precision. The design also utilizes optical ABXY switches, a mechanical D-pad, four additional buttons, and four vibration motors, making the controller well-suited for dynamic shooters as well as racing games and RPGs.

Smooth control and high precision

The controller utilizes GameSir Mag-Res™ TMR technology, which ensures smoother analog stick operation and a longer lifespan. The joysticks’ 4096-level resolution allows for more precise control of character movement and aiming, which is particularly important in games requiring high precision. The manufacturer has also incorporated a 12-bit ADC chip, which ensures more accurate motion detection and more stable controller performance. The lifespan of the joystick modules is estimated at up to 5 million cycles, making the controller well-suited for intensive, daily use.

Analog triggers and mechanical travel stops

The GameSir G7 Pro DD2 is equipped with Hall-effect analog triggers, which ensure smooth and consistent performance when driving, braking, or controlling acceleration in racing games. Additionally, the controller features mechanical trigger travel stops that shorten the trigger activation distance and allow for faster reactions in FPS games. Optical ABXY switches ensure crisp and rapid button activation, while the mechanical D-pad improves the precision of movements and combinations. Four additional buttons can be assigned to custom functions, and the rear button locks help prevent accidental clicks during intense gameplay.

Extensive customization and features for PC gamers

The controller is designed to comfortably adapt to your personal playstyle. The three-piece magnetic faceplate can be easily swapped without tools, and the set includes additional D-pad covers to change the control layout. The GameSir G7 Pro DD2 is compatible with faceplates from the previous G7 series; however, faceplates from the G7 Pro version are not compatible with older controller models. The manufacturer has also included a built-in gyroscope with mapping functionality available on PC, which can improve control and aiming precision in select games. Using the GameSir Nexus app, users can customize button and trigger settings, adjust analog stick sensitivity, and create their own configuration profiles.

Wireless Gaming and Convenient Charging

The built-in 1200 mAh battery provides approximately 10 hours of gameplay under typical use. A full charge takes about 2.5 hours with a 5V⎓1A power supply, allowing you to quickly prepare the controller for your next gaming session. The set includes a Smart Auto Start-Stop Charging Station, which automatically starts and stops the charging process when the controller is placed on it. Four vibration motors located in the grips and triggers provide more realistic haptic feedback and a better sense of in-game events. An additional advantage is the 3.5 mm audio jack, which works both via a wired connection and in 2.4 GHz wireless mode.

Comfortable design and a complete set of accessories

The GameSir G7 Pro DD2 weighs approximately 272 g and features rubberized, textured grips that improve grip confidence during hours of gameplay. The ergonomic design, measuring approximately 15.2 × 10.3 × 5.8 cm, fits comfortably in the hands and helps maintain comfort even during intense gaming sessions. The controller supports both USB-C wired and 2.4 GHz wireless connections on PC, and the set also includes a wireless receiver. Thanks to its broad compatibility and extensive customization options, this model is ideal for both console gamers and PC users.
