Always in touch with your pet

SureTrack Pro stands out with its Instant Tracking Call feature, which turns classic GPS tracking into an active search for your pet. Simply make a call from the app, and the tracker will automatically answer, allowing you to listen to the surroundings and communicate with people nearby. This practical solution helps you find your pet faster and also lets you check what’s happening at home when your pet is left alone, reducing separation anxiety. There is also a Remote Voice Recall feature, which allows you to send familiar voice commands to your pet directly through the tracker. You can call your pet from a greater distance, stop unwanted behavior, or immediately reward good habits with praise.

Precise location tracking at home and outdoors

Six collaborative positioning systems ensure reliable performance in open spaces, urban areas, and indoors. GPS provides accurate outdoor location, AGPS speeds up positioning, LBS provides backup location, Bluetooth facilitates nearby tracking, Wi-Fi improves performance in cities and indoors, and Active Radar enables precise tracking of distance and movement. Data updates every 5 seconds let you monitor your pet’s route in real time and react quickly if they wander out of sight. What’s more, the app automatically creates an activity map, showing the most frequently visited places, walking routes, play areas, and rest spots. You can also store location history for an entire year, which helps you better understand your pet’s habits and plan even safer and more enjoyable walks.

Unlimited global coverage

With support for LTE/4G, 5G, and automatic connection to the strongest signal from over 390 carriers, MOVA SureTrack Pro ensures seamless tracking during walks, trips, and daily activities. The built-in eSIM operates in the cloud, eliminating the need to install a traditional SIM card. All data is automatically synced with the mobile app.

Smart anti-loss protection

Keep your pet safe. In the app, you can set up to 4 safe zones, such as the garden, the neighborhood, or a favorite walking route. If your pet leaves the designated area, the device is removed from the collar, or unusual activity is detected, you’ll receive an immediate notification, allowing you to react quickly.

Activity and fitness tracking

SureTrack Pro is not just a tracker, but also a smart activity monitor. It records distance traveled, time spent moving, and calories burned, helping you better understand your pet’s daily needs. You can set individual activity goals, receive notifications about too little or too much activity, and analyze weekly reports that help you ensure your pet’s fitness and well-being. You can also share your pet’s location, history, and alerts with an unlimited number of family members. This ensures that every caregiver has access to the same real-time information, making it easier to work together to keep your pet safe.

Ready for rain, mud, and everyday challenges

The housing, made of PC and silicone, has an IP67 rating, meaning it is dustproof and resistant to short-term immersion in water (up to a depth of 1 m for 30 minutes). This allows your pet to run on wet grass, play in the rain, or roll in the mud without any issues. Additionally, the integrated LED light and audible alert make it easier to find your pet after dark or in areas with limited visibility. What’s more, the transmitter weighs only 36.4 g—it doesn’t feel heavy and doesn’t restrict movement. It fits collars up to 3 cm wide and is designed for pets weighing 3.5 kg or more. Its compact dimensions of 52 × 36 × 22 mm make the device comfortable for both dogs and larger cats.

Long battery life and fast charging

The 600 mAh battery provides up to 7 days of operation in power-saving mode. Charging is done via a magnetic Pogo Pin connector and takes about 2 hours, allowing the tracker to quickly return to full readiness. This is a practical solution for those who want constant control over their pet’s safety.
