AMZCHEF CE-CG209-SV Coffee Grinder (silver)

The AMZCHEF CE-CG209-SV coffee grinder is an electric appliance featuring a 74 mm conical steel burr, 24-step grind adjustment, a timer ranging from 1 to 40 seconds, and the option to select 2 to 12 cups. It features a bean hopper with a capacity of approx. 300 g, a function to grind directly into a 51/58 mm portafilter or into a steel container, as well as a touchscreen LCD panel for controlling settings. The set includes accessories for the portafilter (handle and gasket), and the entire unit is housed in a steel casing measuring approx. 34 × 13 × 18.8 cm.

Precise grinding tailored to the brewing method

The grinder offers 24 grind size settings, allowing you to adjust the settings for various coffee preparation methods. This ensures the right grind texture for both espresso and pour-over coffees. Such precision results in better extraction and, consequently, a more consistent flavor profile. You have real control over the final result in your cup, without having to experiment with random settings.

Conical stainless steel burrs

The 74 mm diameter conical burrs ensure even grinding of the beans, which contributes to the stability of the brewing process. The design minimizes heat buildup in the coffee during operation, allowing the aroma and natural oils to be better preserved. This is particularly important when preparing espresso, where grinding precision is crucial. Additionally, the stainless steel increases the durability of the entire mechanism, making the grinder well-suited for heavy use.

Precise timer and cup selection

The device allows you to set the grinding time from 1 to 40 seconds, enabling you to precisely adjust the amount of coffee to your preferences. This allows you to achieve consistent portions without the need for manual measuring. Additionally, the 2-to-12-cup selection feature automates the process and speeds up the preparation of larger quantities of coffee. This solution works well both for daily use and when making coffee for several people.

Large bean container with aroma protection

The container holds approximately 300 g of coffee, allowing for less frequent refills and more convenient use of the machine. The built-in UV protection limits the impact of light, which can accelerate the loss of coffee freshness. As a result, the beans retain their properties longer, and the brewed coffee has a more distinct flavor. This is a practical solution for those who store coffee directly in the grinder.

Convenient dosing and accessories for the portafilter

The grinder allows for grinding directly into a 51 mm or 58 mm diameter espresso portafilter, simplifying the preparation of espresso. The set includes a dedicated handle and a portafilter pad, which stabilize the portafilter during use and enhance convenience. Alternatively, you can use the included steel container, which offers greater flexibility for other brewing methods. This solution minimizes coffee waste and helps keep your countertop tidy.

Intuitive touch panel and compact design

The LCD panel with touch controls allows you to easily set the grinding time, number of cups, or operating mode. The interface is easy to read, so changing settings doesn’t take long to get used to. Users can quickly adjust the settings to their current needs, speeding up daily coffee preparation. The machine measures approximately 34 cm in height, 13 cm in width, and 18.8 cm in depth, making it easy to fit on a kitchen countertop. The stainless steel housing increases resistance to damage and daily wear and tear. The stable construction reduces vibrations during operation, improving user comfort. The whole unit combines functionality with aesthetics, fitting well into modern kitchen interiors.
