Creality CR-Scan Raptor 3D Scanner

The Creality CR-Scan Raptor is an advanced 3D scanner that combines blue laser and infrared (NIR) technology to offer metrology-level precision. Thanks to this advanced technology, the scanner enables the creation of extremely accurate 3D models from a variety of objects, from small objects to large components with maximum dimensions of 2000 x 2000 x 2000 mm. The CR-Scan Raptor is the ideal tool for both professionals and 3D enthusiasts who are looking for the highest quality and accuracy in their projects.

Precision and scanning speed

The CR-Scan Raptor excels in scanning precision down to 0.02 mm thanks to its seven laser lines, which allow for highly detailed reproduction of objects. Blue laser scanning can reach speeds of up to 60 frames per second for fast and efficient operation. In NIR scanning mode, the speed is up to 20 frames per second, which also guarantees high performance while maintaining excellent image quality. These features make the CR-Scan Raptor ideal for applications requiring both precision and speed, such as reverse engineering, product design, and quality control.

Versatility and use in a variety of conditions

The CR-Scan Raptor is a versatile scanner, capable of working in different conditions and with different types of objects. Its line-scanning technology allows it to capture objects ranging in size from 5 x 5 x 5 mm to 2000 x 2000 x 2000 mm. With this wide range of sizes, the scanner will work well for scanning small details as well as large items such as car parts or large architectural models. The device is also equipped with a color mapping function, which allows for realistic reproduction of textures and colors of objects.

Stability and ease of use

Thanks to an advanced temperature compensation algorithm and vibration reduction technology, the CR-Scan Raptor scanner provides stable and precise scanning, regardless of environmental conditions. This is especially important when scanning large objects or working in harsh environments where varying temperatures could affect the accuracy of measurements. In addition, the scanner features an intuitive user interface and touch-sensitive button operation, making it easy to use, even for those who are new to 3D scanning.

Color scanning and support for difficult surfaces

The CR-Scan Raptor can handle difficult-to-scan surfaces, such as black or metallic objects, without the need for spray. With a 24-bit RGB camera and 12 LEDs illuminating the object to be scanned, the device is able to capture the finest details and realistic colors, which is crucial for applications that require precise reproduction of the object's appearance.

Ideal anywhere

The CR-Scan Raptor offers a wide range of features and specifications that enable its versatile use. The scanner's working range is 150 to 1,000 mm, and the minimum scanning volume is just 5 x 5 x 5 mm. The device is lightweight (372 g) and compact, making it easy to carry and use in various locations. With support for Windows and macOS, as well as future compatibility with wireless scanning, the CR-Scan Raptor is ideal for both office and field use.
